His experience across both emerging biotechnology companies and global pharmaceutical organizations gives him a valuable understanding of the challenges customers face at different stages of development.”

“We’re delighted to welcome him to the team and look forward to the contribution he’ll make in supporting our long-term growth ambitions,” she added.

Experience

Chima joins Symbiosis from Recipharm, where he served as Business Development Director and prior to that he held senior commercial positions at MedPharm and Advanz Pharma, building extensive experience supporting organizations ranging from emerging biotechnology companies to global pharmaceutical groups.

Commenting on his appointment, Chima said: “What attracted me to Symbiosis was its unique combination of technical capability, proven delivery, agility and customer focus.
